Support For The Whole Ride

I’ll be your advocate, hype-girl, and life raft for birth, postpartum, and beyond. A steady hand and voice of reason through contractions, diapers, and identity shifts.

Services

Forget perfect plans. Birth and postpartum are gloriously unpredictable, which is exactly why support matters. I’m here to hold space and remind you that even in the mess, you’re doing amazing.

Support should be accessible. If cost is a barrier for my services, let’s talk. We’ll find a plan that works.

  • $2,000

I breathe with you, move with you, and make sure you feel supported through it all. I don’t believe there’s a right or wrong way to have a baby, just your way. I’ll remind you of your strength when things get intense and hold space for the softness, too. You deserve to feel powerful and cared for, all at once.

    • Unlimited text and email support

    • Ongoing information and educational support to navigate decision-making

    • Two in-home prenatal visits

    • Personalized birth preferences document

    • 24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks

    • Continuous labor support

    • One post-birth visit

  • $45/hr

I fold laundry, validate rage, fend off guilt, and make sure you eat real food. This is the fourth trimester. It’s bloody, beautiful, and hard. I’m there to hold you and conquer the overwhelming unknowns because no one was meant to do this alone.

    What to expect:

    • In-home visits tailored to your family’s daily needs

    • Emotional support to process your birth, your feelings, and this huge transition

    • Practical help with household tasks, baby care, and basic feeding support

    • Meal prep to keep you and your family nourished

    • Personalized referrals to trusted local professionals for lactation, bodywork, mental health, and more

  • "She helped me turn overwhelming, conflicting advice into a clear, actionable plan. She intuitively knew what I needed in the home and cared for me with such expertise, calm, and compassion. Molly is an extraordinary doula and an incredible support during such a vulnerable time."

    - Caroline P.

  • "I would recommend Molly's doula services to anyone. It's incredibly helpful to have her as your coach and cheerleader through the wild ride that is making a new little human."

    Rachel Y

  • "Molly was so helpful in our pre-birth meetings to get me thinking about the process and my preferences and such a great solid presence during my birth. I loved knowing I could count on her to explain and help me."

    Jen M.

  • "When I accidentally gave birth at home, Molly stayed calm when telling my husband and mom what they should do as she caught my baby girl :) My husband and I feel like she's apart of our family."

    Sami S.

  • "I can say that without a doubt, I would not have been able to have a birth experience so closely mirroring my birth preferences without Molly's support. She helped me access a level of strength, persistence, and confidence within myself I have never seen before."

    Kaitlyn C.

Meet Molly

I’m a birth and postpartum doula, prenatal yoga teacher, massage therapist, childbirth educator-in-training, and certified in the foundations of Spinning Babies®. This work has taught me a few things: plans change, babies surprise us, and strength looks different for everyone. I’ve supported families in homes, hospitals, operating rooms, and birth centers but no matter where we are, I bring the vibe you need, which might mean candles and aromatherapy or a disco ball and karaoke machine.

I’m also a mom to three young kids, including twins. My own births and postpartum journeys ran the gamut. An unmedicated water birth followed by an epidural-assisted breech extraction, tandem breastfeeding, bottles, formula, tongue ties, you name it. These experiences, along with the number of families I’ve supported, remind me daily that there’s no one right way to do this.

When I’m not supporting births or snuggling new babies, I’m pretending to be a trail runner, teaching my kids about emotional regulation while losing my own, asking my husband to turn down the music because I’m overstimulated, and reading two pages of a book before falling asleep.

After seven years in birthwork, I’ve tossed out the flowery metaphors and landed in a zero-bullshit philosophy. Birth and postpartum are real, raw, and transformative and the people moving through them deserve the same.
